President
Christian has served as President of Alpha-Vico since its acquisition with Angus Capital in 2023. A Chartered Accountant by training, he has nearly 20 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing and distribution sector. Before becoming president and shareholder of Alpha-Vico, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice-President Finance for a family business that employed between 250 and 950 employees over the years. Throughout his career, he has notably completed several acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, led multiple projects including digital transformation plans, change management and ERP system implementation, automation programs and equipment upgrades, and robotization projects. He is recognized for his passion, intensity and unifying leadership.
Vice-President Finance and Administration
Stéphane is responsible for Alpha-Vico’s financial strategy. He directs accounting policies, processes and controls, in addition to managing business relationships with auditors, lawyers, financial institutions and investors. With over 25 years of business management experience, he has evolved in various contexts, touching production planning, international relations, financing and team management. His strategic vision makes him a key leader for the company’s growth. He is recognized for his ability to rally people, his rigor and his sense of humor.
Controller
Karine oversees Alpha-Vico’s complete accounting cycle and supports the company’s daily financial operations. For over 15 years, she has evolved within the organization, where she has distinguished herself through her discreet leadership and commitment. Her journey has led her to occupy increasingly strategic functions, eventually becoming a member of the management committee. Her fine understanding of internal workings gives her a global vision and great efficiency in financial management. She is recognized for her dedication, attentive listening, attention to detail and unwavering resourcefulness.
Human Resources Director
Nancy supports the company’s managers in HR practices. She oversees talent recruitment while supporting their professional development. In other words, she makes Alpha-Vico’s people shine by elevating their skills and sense of belonging. She has over 25 years of experience in the field, which allows her to ensure strategic alignment of team performance with company objectives. Nancy’s approach focuses on employee engagement and well-being. She is recognized for her listening skills, kindness and good humor.
Plant Manager
Johanne oversees the quality of products manufactured at Alpha-Vico in the desktop molding plant. She ensures production deadlines are met and her team’s efficiency. She coordinates operations with rigor to guarantee excellence at every step. A team member for over 20 years, she has acquired thorough knowledge of all manufacturing processes. This field expertise, combined with her global vision, makes her an essential resource in the organization. She is recognized for her determination, ambition, leadership sense and ability to mobilize teams.
Plant Manager
Christian is responsible for production at the Alpha-Vico group’s laminating plant. He supports his talented team in health and safety, productivity, quality and delivery deadline compliance. His career in Québec’s manufacturing sector began over 15 years ago and he stands out for his determination and ability to evolve. His field experience gives him concrete mastery of all operations. Recognized for his go-getter spirit, taste for challenges and consistency in procedure application, Christian always keeps focus on achieving objectives.
Plant Manager
Annie supervises daily operations at Alpha-Vico’s largest plant, ensuring production flow and managing floor teams. A graduate of industrial design from the University of Montreal, she joined Alpha-Vico in 2001. Since then, she has held several key roles in production and management: industrial design, catalog and website development, bill of materials management (BOMs) and cost implementation. She also contributed to the design of the 10M and Silhoflex chair models, which have become Alpha-Vico signatures. She has led major machinery implementation projects, paint system modernization, UL certification, and new ERP implementation. She is recognized for her determination, reliability and frankness, qualities that make her a solid pillar of the production team.
Plant Manager
Caroline is the manager of Alpha-Vico’s plastic injection plant, where she coordinates production and oversees the quality of manufacturing processes. With the group since 1997, she has developed deep expertise in the company and its operations, contributing directly to the manufacturing of durable school furniture that has built Alpha-Vico’s reputation. Highly involved in the plant as well as the company’s social life, Caroline perfectly embodies the team spirit. Reliable, cheerful, and always available, she never hesitates to offer her support and tackle challenges.
Director of Special Projects, Maintenance and Innovation
Sylvain oversees the completion of various major projects, particularly in automation, production process optimization as well as equipment and building maintenance for the Alpha-Vico group. With over 35 years of experience in his field, he joined Alpha-Vico at age 16 as a laborer. He then climbed the ranks, notably holding positions as team leader, foreman and plant manager in different group facilities. He is recognized for his ingenuity, dedication and hardworking nature. Sylvain has thorough knowledge of all five Alpha-Vico plants.
Québec Sales Director
Claudine, daughter of the founder-president, started as a teenager under her father’s guidance as an employee in school furniture manufacturing. She climbed the ranks to finally choose the sales department. She has over 40 years of experience in the company. Thanks to her evolutionary path, she now has detailed knowledge of products, from their manufacturing to their marketing. This concrete expertise allows her to advise clients accurately, even with very specific requests. Claudine supervises the Québec sales team, responds to tenders, visits clients and represents Alpha-Vico at conferences and sector events. She cares about customer satisfaction, always available to answer and advise them. Clients appreciate her for her know-how, advice and expertise. All Alpha-Vico team members describe her as generous, honest and dedicated.
Business Development Director Canada
Mathieu plays a key role in Alpha-Vico’s national expansion. In addition to being responsible for sales teams in Western Canada, his objective is to consolidate the company’s presence across the country. He works to build solid partnerships by leveraging his relationship skills and proposing customized solutions, perfectly aligned with client needs. With over 15 years of experience in business development and an entrepreneurial background, Mathieu deploys Alpha-Vico’s growth strategy by capitalizing on his field approach and experience managing complex sales. He is recognized for his listening skills, problem-solving abilities and innovative ideas.
Sales and Marketing
Annie supervises and coordinates all marketing activities at Alpha-Vico in addition to being involved in the sales department. With over 25 years of sales experience, she has thorough knowledge of the company and its operations. She has actively contributed to major projects like designing the new catalog and new website, while touching various spheres: customer service, representation events, accounting, production and shipping. Her versatility is a real asset. Recognized for her organizational sense, leadership, listening skills and autonomy, Annie knows how to move things forward efficiently.
Ontario Sales Director
Frank not only supervises sales and commercial representatives in Ontario, but he manages all operations there, notably Alpha-Vico’s distribution center in that province. With nearly 40 years of experience in the school furniture industry, he has thorough knowledge of products and organizational workings. His commitment to customer satisfaction and his leadership make him a strategic ally for Alpha-Vico’s expansion in Ontario. Frank is driven by a clear mission: position the company as the number one supplier in Canada in its sector. He is recognized for his loyalty, reliability and mastery of the field.

For more than 40 years, Alpha-Vico has furnished Canadian schools with its iconic products, recognized by several generations of students and teachers.
Our company has obtained UL certification for its mobile and folding cafeteria tables. Alpha‑Vico is the only Canadian company to hold this safety certification for this product category.
The resin used for our chairs is certified phthalate-free. Phthalates are endocrine-disrupting plasticizers that can pose health risks, such as premature birth, language disorders, cancer and infertility.
Different table and chair models in our range meet and/or passed certain specific ANSI/BIFMA testing and standards, ensuring their compliance for public spaces and high-traffic environments. These rigorous tests validate the strength, the performance, the security, the quality and durability of products in educational environments.

By manufacturing 100% in Québec, using local suppliers and emphasizing certified ecological materials, we reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining outstanding quality.
Our solvent-free paint system and electrostatic powder coating represent the most efficient and ecological processes in the industry. We fully recycle steel and reuse cardboard and plastic. Our finishing system allows heat recovery and water reuse. As for plastic residue generated during the injection process, it is shredded and 100% recycled to produce our storage bins.
We optimize packaging and reuse or repair transport pallets. Our truck fleet follows optimized delivery routes, transporting maximized loads to reduce our environmental impact.
